For spa services, please arrive 15 minutes early to give yourself adequate time to prepare. Your promptness is appreciated. All treatments will end at the scheduled time. |

For your convenience, we suggest making reservations for appointments well in advance. |

Cancellation Policy: Please be considerate of our business opportunities by rescheduling appointments at least 48 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the service price for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice and the full price for missed spa services without notification. |

Plush terry robes, and footwear are available for all spa services (for both male and female). |

Lockers are available for your convenience. We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property. Please leave valuables at home. |

Smocks/T-shirts are conveniently located in the salon changing area for men and women for all hair services. |

Our relaxation lounge is available for you to unwind either by yourself or with a friend in between services. You may also enjoy light food service at this time. |

We are here to accommodate your needs as a team. Please do not feel as if a stylist will be offended if you choose to try the talents of another team member. |

Gratuities are added to spa packages only. |

Due to safety concerns and in consideration of our spa guests, children are not permitted in the spa. We ask that children visit only when receiving services. |

To provide a healthy, comfortable environment for all our guests, a no smoking policy is in effect. |

Please inform our staff if you are pregnant, have allergies, have recently undergone surgery, have special needs or any other concerns. |

If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it within 10 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. |
