Doing hair has always been a dream for Lisa as long as she can remember. Pin Curling her great grandmas hair when she was 6 years old is where it began. Lisa has been working in a salon since she was 15 years old and has been licensed since 1983. Owning her own salon became a dream after attending a New York Hairshow in 1983, that is when she learned that in this business education never stops! Lisa wanted to create an atmosphere and a team of fun positive people who also knew that Beauty and Hairdressing is all about education and teamwork!
Lisa found out that working in different salons the client wasn’t always put first, neither were the employees. This is when she knew she wanted to develop a salon and Spa environment where the client and her team could be creative, expressive and feel comfortable. Lisa’s dedication and enthusiasm built an awesome 29 year business opening in 1992. She will continue to grow in all concepts of this business, bringing top talent and providing all staff members continued growth and the best education available, and being forthright in all business areas will continue to make Winning Image a top salon in the Northern Virginia area.

Eva entered the beauty industry in 1990 after graduating from Potomac Academy of Hair Design. She has been employed at Winning Image Salon since 1996 where she continues to train under numerous beauty distributors, platform artists and motivational speakers. Eva is an expert colorist and blondologist. She is certified in Babe hair extensions, Coppola Keratin Smoothing Treatment and Brazilian Blowouts. Her talent shows through her performance and she loves working with her clients creating color and styles individualized to their needs. Eva’s passion for hair, and helping people feel great about themselves keeps her excited about being a hairdresser.

She enjoys the variety of quality services she is able to perform in a timely manner on each client that occupies her chair. She is well known for her excellent male haircuts she also enjoys Highlighting and color. Ann is also very busy with waxing and does all waxing services.

Gail specializes in cut, color and style. She is trained and certified in Keratin Complex smoothing treatments as well as Babe hair extensions.
